• Escrow and payment partners: the licensed partner that holds a buyer’s money in escrow and processes payments until the deed records.
• Settlement and closing providers: the settlement attorney or title agent who prepares and closes the deed for a purchase or resale.
• The county recorder: each purchase is recorded on a deed in the buyer’s name. A recorded deed is a public record that anyone can look up, as for any property owner, and we cannot remove it.
• Service providers: hosting, communications and infrastructure partners that help us operate the platform, under contract and only for that purpose.
• Regulators and legal process: government agencies, law enforcement and courts when required by law, subpoena or court order.

On the blockchain we record only a SHA-256 hash of your verified identity — never your name, Social Security number or address. We do not sell your personal information.
