Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures

1. What you are agreeing to

RD2 Technologies Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates RECoin. By creating an account you agree that we may provide agreements, disclosures, notices, statements, tax forms and other records to you electronically, and that your electronic signature (for example, ticking a box or tapping “Accept”) has the same effect as a handwritten signature, as permitted by the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).

2. Records covered

• These terms, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any updates to them
• Transaction confirmations, receipts and account statements
• Property, sale, lease, loan and escrow agreements you enter into on RECoin
• Tax documents we are required to provide (for example Form 1099)
• Notices about your account, including legal and regulatory notices

3. How we deliver them

We make records available in the RECoin app and website and may notify you by email or push notification when a new record is available. Records stay available in your account, and you can download or print them.

4. Paper copies

You may ask for a paper copy of any record by contacting us. We do not charge for a paper copy of a record we are required by law to provide.

5. Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Withdrawing does not affect records already delivered electronically. Because RECoin is an electronic service, some features that depend on electronic delivery may no longer be available to you after you withdraw.

6. What you need

• A current web browser or the RECoin mobile app
• A valid email address, kept up to date in your profile
• Software that opens PDF files, and storage or a printer to keep copies

If these requirements change in a way that affects your access, we will tell you.
